Kriti Sanon says she’s still ‘Ment-Ally’ basking in the shooting phase of ‘Cocktail 2’ with Shahid Kapoor

Mumbai, June 9 (IANS) Bollywood actress Kriti Sanon shared a fun behind-the-scenes video montage from the sets of ‘Cocktail 2’, on Monday night.

She was seen expressing that she is still ‘mentally:’ immersed in the world of the film even after wrapping up of the shoot.

The actress dropped the vibrant reel on Instagram with the caption, “Ment-Ally still here…… Join the #Cocktail2 from June 19th in theatres.”

The video shared by Kriti offers fans a glimpse into the making of one of the movie’s energetic dance sequences which also features Kriti alongside co-star Shahid Kapoor. The footage, in large, appears to be from the shoot of the chartbuster track ‘Main Nachu Jab Tak Tu Bole’.

The video captures candid moments, rehearsals, laughter-filled interactions, and the cast enjoying themselves between takes.

Kriti is seen sporting multiple glamourous looks. Shahid too is seen joining in the fun during many candid moments. The montage also showcases the festive beach-party vibe of the song.

A glimpse of co-star Rashmika Mandanna and director Homi Adajania is also seen in the video.

Many clips show Kriti laughing uncontrollably with Shahid, and dancing with the crowd.

Talking about‘Cocktail 2’, the movie is considered to be one of the most anticipated releases of the year and serves as a successor to the 2012 hit ‘Cocktail’.

The film stars Shahid Kapoor, Kriti Sanon and Rashmika Mandanna in the lead roles. Kriti, reportedly will be seen essaying the role of a free-spirited, glamourous character at the heart of the film’s complex relationship dynamics, while Shahid headlines the romantic entertainer.

For the uninitiated, the film is directed by Homi Adajania, who also helmed the original ‘Cocktail’, and is produced by Maddock Films.

Set against picturesque international locations and packed with music, romance, friendship and emotional drama, ‘Cocktail 2’ is scheduled to release in theatres on June 19.
