Krushna Abhishek says he won’t entertain questions about ‘Mama’ Govinda: ‘Everybody is taking footage over their personal issues’
Mumbai, August 24 (IANS) Actor-comedian Krushna Abhishek was spotted at Mumbai airport with his The Great Indian Kapil Show co-star Kiku Sharda as the duo headed to Udaipur for an event.
When the paparazzi tried to ask him questions about his uncle, actor Govinda and his current controversy revolving his relationship with wife Sunita Ahuja, Krushna politely requested them to keep the questions light and refrain from discussing his family’s personal matters.
“Masti ke sawal poochhna, mama ka koi sawal mat poochhna. Maine dekha bahut footage lag raha hai hamare ghar ki baat par se,” Krushna said, further expressing his strong discomfort over the amount of attention being given to the family’s personal issues.

In the picture, Krushna is seen sporting a casual all-black look, wearing a black hoodie, white trousers and black-and-green sneakers.
He completed the look with tinted sunglasses. Kiku, meanwhile, opted for a casual denim-on-denim ensemble, wearing a faded blue denim shirt with matching jeans and black shoes.
Krushna’s request comes amid latest attention around Mama Govinda and Mami Sunita Ahuja’s strained relationship.
The controversy intensified after Sunita publicly questioned Govinda’s closeness with his upcoming movie’s co-star Komal. Ahuja had previously alleged that the actor was having an affair with the actress, who is much younger than him. Sunita later took a dig at Govinda while reacting to his appearance with Komal and referred to him as a “sugar daddy”.
Govinda subsequently responded to the allegations, alerting Sunita of the consequences of she continues to defame him
His manager Shashi Sinha also denied reports of the actor planning to marry Komal Rani Swarnkar.
The marital discord between Govinda and Sunita has also been linked to divorce proceedings. Sunita had reportedly filed a divorce petition against Govinda amid allegations of infidelity. But to the surprise of many, on August 19, Govinda’s manager confirmed that she had withdrawn the divorce case infact.
The development came amid fresh speculation after Sunita was seen at a family court with their son Yashvardhan Ahuja.
Meanwhile, Govinda has also recently issued a public notice warning against the circulation of false or defamatory content concerning him and his family, reportedly threatening legal action over such material.
