Six killed as oil tanker rams auto-rickshaw in Telangana

Sangareddy: Six people were killed and three others seriously injured after an oil tanker rammed an auto-rickshaw on National Highway 65 near Satwar village in Mogudampally mandal of Telangana’s Sangareddy district.

According to police, the accident occurred when the tanker collided with the auto-rickshaw, which was carrying 12 people at the time.

The deceased have been identified as residents of Rajgira village in Karnataka’s Bidar district. Three others sustained serious injuries and are undergoing treatment at a hospital.

Police have registered a case and launched an investigation into the accident.
