Yash cannot stop humming DSP’s music: Love ‘Dekho Dekho Gabbar Singh’,’Aakaleste Annam Pedta’

Mumbai, Aug 24 (IANS) Yash, who is presently busy promoting his forthcoming period gangster drama, ‘Toxic’, was recently asked about his favourite Telugu songs, the ones he finds himself humming often.

The ‘KGF’ actor admitted that he loves all the songs by renowned composer Devi Sri Prasad aka Rockstar DSP.

Yash said, “I love that Dekho Dekho Gabbar Singh. I like one more song. Aakaleste Annam Pedta.”

All the DSP songs. He is a dear friend. All his songs I really like,” he went on to add.

Yash and Rockstar DSP are known to share a great bond.

Yash leaves no chance to shower praise on those he believes deserve it.

Recently, he applauded his ‘Toxic’ co-star Kiara Advani. He claimed that Kiara’s performance as Nadia will surely leave a mark, making the audiences “fall in love with her again.”

Addressing the grand pre-release event of ‘Toxic’ in Hyderabad, Yash described Kiara as both “an amazing actor” and “an amazing co-star.”

He said, “What an amazing actor, what an amazing co-star! She is somebody who is very simple, very pure, and a fantastic actor. But whatever you have seen, Kiara, till today, I think from the 26th onwards, you’re going to witness something much more than that. India will fall in love with her again and also at another level. Thank you so much, Kiara, for being a part of this.”

Directed by Geetu Mohandas, ‘Toxic’ will also see Nayanthara, Huma Qureshi, Tara Sutaria, Akshay Oberoi, and Sudev Nair in pivotal roles, along with others.

Jointly produced by KVN Productions and Monster Mind Creations, ‘Toxic’ is slated for a worldwide theatrical release on 26 August.

The film has been shot simultaneously in English and Kannada, and its dubbed versions in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam will also be available to the viewers
